Casement windows are hinged at the side and open outward, allowing for full ventilation and unobstructed views, operated by a crank, lever, or handle.

Fixed windows also known as picture windows, are permanently sealed units that do not open, providing optimal thermal performance and unobstructed views.

Single hung windows feature a fixed top sash and a bottom sash that can be raised vertically for ventilation.

Horizontal roller windows consist of sashes that move horizontally, typically on a track, allowing for easy operation and full or partial ventilation.

Robust and versatile Commercial windows designed for business environments, featuring reinforced materials for added durability and security.

Project 1 – Sawgrass Estates (Near Sawgrass Mills)
The homeowner had a two-story house with rattling, outdated aluminum windows. These old windows didn’t just make noise during storms, they also failed a recent insurance inspection. So, we swapped them out for new impact windows with double-pane laminated glass that checks all the boxes for Florida’s current building code. Now, the house is storm-ready, a lot quieter inside, and the owner is enjoying lower insurance premiums.

Project 2 – Welleby Community
This stucco house by Welleby Golf Course struggled with leaks every time heavy rain hit. Old seals and tired sliding glass windows were to blame. We stepped in and put in impact-rated sliders with stronger frames to keep wind-driven rain out. The result? The home’s now way better at keeping moisture outside, it’s more comfortable, and cooling bills have dropped.

Project 3 – Sunrise Lakes (55+ Community)
Here’s a condo that still had its 1980s windows, inefficient, drafty, and running up the electric bill. We installed new impact windows, all within HOA rules. After the update, the place holds energy much better, is more appealing on the market, and the homeowner doesn’t have to worry about storms or insulation problems anymore.

You’ll probably spend between $500 and $1,500 per window. The price really depends on the size, design, materials, and how tricky the installation is.
Yes, they are. The Florida Building Code says you need impact-rated windows or some other approved storm protection for new homes and major renovations, especially in spots with high wind.
Absolutely. Most insurance companies offer discounts if you have impact windows—they make your home safer during hurricanes and help keep intruders out.
Check for a Notice of Acceptance (NOA) number. You’ll usually find it on the product label or in the manufacturer’s paperwork.
Your windows need to meet Florida Building Code requirements. Pretty much all impact windows are rated for wind speeds over 130 mph, but the specific rating depends on exactly where you live.
