Impact windows and doors in St. Lucie County

Milton's strongest St. Lucie tornado, an EF3, tracked from west of Fort Pierce through Spanish Lakes Country Club Village toward Vero Beach, while an EF1 tornado hit Port St. Lucie during the October 2024 rainbands. Across St. Lucie County's 150–160 mph wind zones, our installed impact windows average $800–$1,800.

Impact window and door cost across St. Lucie County

Countywide, full-frame window replacements average $800–$1,800 ($1,100 on a 37 by 63 inch single-hung and $1,250 on a 53 by 50 inch horizontal slider).

Hutchinson Island condo sliders with Exposure D stainless hardware and <=45% VLT turtle glass, or multi-panel lanai sliders in Tradition and PGA Village, sit near the top of the price tables below.

2024 Milton tornadoes and 2004 twin St. Lucie hurricanes

On October 9, 2024, outer rainbands of Hurricane Milton generated multiple St. Lucie tornadoes—an EF3 out of western Fort Pierce through Spanish Lakes and an EF1 in Port St. Lucie—two decades after Frances and Jeanne crossed South Hutchinson Island.

Because tornadic debris struck neighborhoods hours before Milton's core winds arrived, homeowners who had not yet bolted up metal shutters were left exposed; laminated impact glass protects 24/7 with zero setup.

Windows and doors for every St. Lucie County home

CBS ranch homes in Port St. Lucie, River Park, White City, and Lakewood Park, historic lagoon homes in St. Lucie Village and Fort Pierce Edgartown, and high-rise towers on Hutchinson Island each get custom design pressure ratings and frame colors.

Our crews install French doors, 2-to-4-panel lanai sliders, fiberglass entry doors, and hurricane-rated garage doors. Our hinged impact doors (French and entry doors) swing out. Sliding glass doors and garage doors don't swing.
