Terms & Conditions
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Republic Windows, Doors & Roofing (“Republic,” “we,” “us”) about this website and about calls, texts, and email. Read them with our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Republic Windows, Doors & Roofing

Florida licenses CGC-1533058 (Certified General Contractor) and CCC-1337395 (Certified Roofing Contractor).
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, requesting an estimate, submitting a form, or contacting us, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not send us your information. If you use the site for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that business.
Website content is not an offer
Content on this website is general information. Descriptions of windows, doors, roofing, prices, financing examples, rebates, and insurance discounts are not a quote and are not a binding offer. An estimate, a price, a scope of work, or a financing example becomes binding only when you and Republic sign a written contract for that job.
Until that contract is signed, an estimate or a conversation is an invitation to discuss the work. We can correct a mistake on the site, in an email, or on a proposal at any time before signature. If the website and a signed contract disagree about the work, the signed contract controls.
Warranties
Product warranties are the manufacturer’s warranties. They differ by product. Republic’s labor warranty exists only as it is written in your signed contract. Nothing on this website creates a warranty, lengthens a warranty, or changes a contract.
Financing
Financing, when it is offered, comes from third-party lenders. Republic is not a lender, a bank, or the party that sets credit terms. Approval is subject to the lender’s credit review. Interest rates, payment amounts, fees, and the other terms are set by the lender, not by this website.
A financing example on the site is an illustration. It is not an offer of credit and it is not a commitment to lend. The lender’s own agreement controls if you finance a job.
Rebates and insurance savings
We do not guarantee an insurance discount, a wind-mitigation credit, a manufacturer or utility rebate, or any other savings. Eligibility, the amount, and when it is paid are determined by the insurer, the manufacturer, the utility, or another third party — not by Republic.
Any savings figure on this website is an example only. Your insurer or the rebate program decides whether you qualify.
Delays and force majeure
We do not guarantee a permit timeline. Building departments set those schedules, including in Miami-Dade and Broward.
Republic is not liable for a delay or a failure to perform when the cause is outside our reasonable control. That includes hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, and other severe weather; supply shortages and manufacturer or freight delays; permitting backlogs; building-department scheduling; utility outages; and changes in code or law.
Dates discussed before a signed contract are estimates. A signed contract controls any schedule it states, including any weather or permitting terms written in that contract.
Third-party links and badges
The site links to, or shows badges from, other companies, including Google, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and financing lenders. Those names and marks belong to their owners. A link or a badge is not our promise about everything on that company’s site, and it is not that company’s promise about everything on ours.
Third-party sites, maps, reviews, and financing offers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or decisions, including a lender’s credit decision.
Intellectual property
The site — text, photos, video, logos, and layout — belongs to Republic or its licensors. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy it, scrape it, or reuse it for a commercial purpose without our written permission. The Republic name and logo are our marks.
Photos of our work
We may photograph and video the work, including completed work, and use those images in marketing, on this website, and on social or review pages. We will not include identifying personal information in those materials. We will not publish your name, your face, or your street number unless you agree in writing.
If you believe a published image identifies you and you want it taken down, email support@republicwindow.com.
Testimonials and reviews
Reviews and testimonials are one customer’s experience. Results vary. A review is not a guarantee of your price, your timeline, an insurance discount, a rebate, or financing approval.
We follow the Federal Trade Commission’s rules on endorsements and testimonials. If we offer anything of value in exchange for a review, we will disclose that. We do not write fake reviews, and we do not ask anyone to misstate what happened on their job.
Information you send us
You agree that what you submit is accurate, including your name, phone number, email, address, project details, and photos. You will not give us someone else’s contact information and present it as your own. You confirm that you have the right to send any photo or other material you submit. We may rely on what you send when we prepare an estimate or schedule a visit.
Licenses and insurance
Republic Windows, Doors & Roofing holds Florida Certified General Contractor license CGC-1533058 and Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC-1337395. The company is insured and bonded. You can confirm license status with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
A sentence on this website is not a certificate of insurance and does not change the state license record. For proof of insurance on a job, email support@republicwindow.com and ask for a certificate of insurance.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided AS IS and as available. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Republic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code.
Project photos and descriptions are examples. Your home, the building code that applies, and the price of the work will differ.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Republic and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the website, these terms, or reliance on website content, even if we knew those damages were possible.
Our total liability for a claim about the website or these terms is limited to the maximum extent Florida law allows us to limit it. This section does not limit liability that Florida law does not allow us to limit. It does not reduce the duties in a signed written contract for construction work. Claims about that work are governed by the signed contract and by Florida law, not by this section.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Republic and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your misuse of the website, information you submit, or your breach of these terms or of another person’s rights. This duty continues after you stop using the site, to the extent Florida law allows.
Calls, texts, and email
By submitting a form, checking a consent box, or otherwise contacting us and providing a phone number or email address, you give Republic and its agents your prior express written consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.059 (FTSA), to contact you.
This prior express written consent authorizes phone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and email at the number and email address you provide. It includes contact made with an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, and a prerecorded or artificial voice. It covers estimates, appointments, service, and marketing. It applies to each number you give us even if that number is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry, a state do-not-call list, or any other Do Not Call registry.
Your electronic submission or electronic signature is your signature on this consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to marketing messages in order to buy from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may revoke this consent only by replying STOP to a text, or by a written request to support@republicwindow.com. Those are the reasonable means to revoke. A revocation takes effect after we have had a reasonable time to process it. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not by itself opt you out of email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of each phone number you give us. If a call or text reaches the wrong person, or if your number is reassigned, you must tell us promptly at support@republicwindow.com or by replying that the number is wrong or reassigned. You must also tell us if you stop being the subscriber or customary user of a number you gave us. Until you notify us, we may keep using the number as you provided it.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Florida requires all parties to consent to a recording. We tell you, at the start of a recorded call or in a recorded prompt, that the call may be recorded or monitored. If you stay on the line after that notice, you consent to recording and monitoring of the call.
Electronic communications and signatures
You consent to receive disclosures, estimates, notices, and these terms in electronic form, and you consent to use electronic signatures, under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. A form submission, a click that accepts these terms, or another electronic signature has the same effect as ink on paper for this agreement and for consent to be contacted.
You may ask for a paper copy by emailing support@republicwindow.com. Withdrawing consent to electronic delivery does not cancel a signed construction contract, and it does not revoke call or text consent except through the means in the calls and texts section.
Accessibility
We want this website to be usable by people with disabilities. Republic is committed, in good faith, to the Americans with Disabilities Act and to improving access to the information on this site. We do not promise that every page is free of every barrier.
If you have trouble with a page, email support@republicwindow.com or call 754-800-4115. Tell us the page and what you need. We will work with you in good faith on the information or on a reasonable alternative way to get it.
Florida law and venue
Florida law governs these terms, without using another state’s conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the dispute section below, the state courts of Broward County, Florida, and the federal courts located in that county, are the exclusive venue for a dispute about these terms or the website.
Disputes and arbitration
Before filing a claim, send written notice to support@republicwindow.com or to our Fort Lauderdale office, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Do not file before that period ends unless waiting would cut off the claim under a statute of limitations.
If we do not resolve it, then where the law permits, the dispute will be decided by binding individual arbitration. It will not be decided by a judge or a jury, except as this section allows, and it will not be decided as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award to one person.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as those rules apply to a consumer dispute. The hearing will take place in Broward County, Florida, or by telephone or video if the AAA rules or the arbitrator allow it. The AAA rules are at www.adr.org/consumer. If the AAA will not administer the case, the parties will agree on another administrator, and either party may ask a court in Broward County to appoint one.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first agree to these terms. Send a written notice to support@republicwindow.com with your name, the phone number or email you used, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not cancel the rest of these terms and does not cancel a signed construction contract. If you opt out in time, a dispute that is not brought in small-claims court is heard in the courts named in the Florida law section.
Either you or Republic may bring an individual case in small-claims court in Broward County, Florida, instead of arbitration, if the case qualifies for that court.
You and Republic waive any right to a class action, a class arbitration, or a representative action. The arbitrator may not combine your claim with other people’s claims or preside over a class proceeding. If 25 or more similar demands are filed against Republic by the same lawyers, or by lawyers working together, those demands will be batched in groups of 25 where the law and the AAA rules allow. One batch is filed and heard before the next batch proceeds. Batching is not a class action. Each person keeps an individual claim. If a court finds the class waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest of this section still applies. A claim the law does not allow to be arbitrated is carved out, and the rest of this section stays in force.
Jury trial waiver
To the extent Florida law allows, you and Republic waive any right to a trial by jury in a dispute about the website or these terms. This waiver applies to a case heard in court, including if you opt out of arbitration. It does not apply in small-claims court if that court does not use juries. It does not change a jury right that a signed construction contract or a statute preserves for the construction work itself, where that right cannot be waived here.
Time limit for claims
Where Florida law permits, you must bring any claim about the website or these terms within one year after the claim accrues. If the law requires a longer period for a particular claim, that longer period applies. This section does not shorten a deadline that a signed construction contract, or Florida construction law, sets for a claim about the work.
No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver. A waiver must be in a writing signed by an authorized person at Republic. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of a later breach.
Entire agreement
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Republic about the website and about calls, texts, and email. They replace earlier website terms on those subjects. They do not replace a signed written contract for construction or installation. If these terms and that signed contract conflict about the work, the signed contract controls.
Assignment
You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. Republic may assign these terms, including a consent to contact you, to an affiliate, to a buyer of the business, or to a service provider acting for us. An assignment does not allow the new holder to use your mobile number or SMS consent to market its own unrelated products.
Survival
The sections on warranties, photos, intellectual property, your submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, call and text consent until you revoke it, recording, disputes, the jury waiver, the time limit, and this survival section remain in effect after you stop using the site.
Severability
If one part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. The invalid part should be narrowed only as far as needed to make it valid, if the law allows that reading.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. The new terms apply to use of the site after that date. A signed construction contract changes only in the way that contract allows, not because this page changed.
